Task manager for a small web studio. Which to choose?

Like all normal people, there was a problem in order to control tasks.
At the moment, we have 2 full-time and 2 freelancers on outsourcing.
It is desirable that the solution would be inexpensive at the moment, and preferably on a free basis until a certain point.

I am currently using Trello and researching teamer.ru in parallel.
Maybe there is something with mobile applications
