Where can I find a suitable CRM for the tasks?

Good day.
The other day I dug up a dozen CRM offers from different companies, but I didn’t find what I was looking for. Actually what I'm looking for (as I see it, what should be):
1) Accounting for clients: full name, contacts, from which exchange, etc.
2) Orders of this client: project broken down by tasks
3) Accounts
4) Basic financial analytics
Actually, the stumbling block is accounts.
What I want: I fill in the data on the client, create a project and issue an invoice for this project. When creating an invoice in CRM, a unique link to the payment page is generated. The payment page is standard: here is the amount, select the method and the button to pay with a redirect to the same robokassa. A link to pay the invoice is sent to the customer.
What I described above is critical. Does anyone know a ready-made solution (paid / free), which we corresponded to described above?
PS: ...or at least tell me an opensource/budget boxed crm that could be loaded with invoices in this vein.

If you can't find it at all, make your own and sell it.
