I would advise you to take a closer look at Bitrix24 - what you indicated is in the most minimal box (of course, with certain restrictions), but some of your parameters are very subjective. For example: "make crm convenient for managers".
In any case, for the sake of completeness, I would advise you to consider it.

It looks like you are replacing concepts, CRM is about customers and sales, and you need a comprehensive solution like the same Bitrix24.
Why Bitrix24 does not suit you? If you're already using it, just buy a box and finish whatever you need.
Look at the megaplan, there is a box and it was originally a project management system, then crm was added.
The topic of needs is not disclosed.
And do not sculpt crm from redmine. It's better to take separately crm and separate project management.
