What are the features and prospects of CRM developers?

Good afternoon
I would like to get an assessment of the guys who work in integrators on CRM implementation projects (Bitrix, AMO, MS DYnamics, Terrasoft, etc.). Are there any special features compared to classical framework programmers, and what do career prospects look like?

The main difference, IMHO, is that it is impossible to get the result alone and without close work with the automation object. This is not a store where all communication with the customer ideally comes down to technical specifications.

Well, it's almost like 1C development - all development is within one platform / framework. Cons: You will only know the technologies used in this particular platform. Pros: requirements for novice developers may be lower than on other stacks / technologies. Salaries can be surprisingly high (look at vacancies on Bitrix24 or Terrasoft in Moscow), because narrow specialization.
PS: I worked with Bitrix24, now I work as a Terrasoft developer in a bank in Moscow.

Enterprise automation is the most monetary form of IT.
Commercial IT began with him, it will always be.
This is what they are willing to pay for.
You mentioned ready-made systems - the main thing there is entry into the subject area.
At the same time, programmers "on frameworks" can solve some of their own technical (strictly speaking, not interesting to the customer) problems, and only then business problems.
And those who are engaged in Bitrix, Dynamics, 1C, etc. - primarily solve the problems of the customer.
General technical problems have already been solved there.
As you might guess, the customer pays with great pleasure for the solution of his problems, and not technical ones. On the other hand, programmers focused on solving technical problems are less interested in this.
