If you have problems with inductance, then you do not understand what you yourself want.
The main thing that needs to be done is to decide on the goal, with the idea that you will think about in the first minutes after waking up. It should ignite you for action and lead you forward.
The first thing that comes to mind in this case is any material wealth: a new PC, a car, your own apartment / house, etc. For the vast majority of people on this ball, this is enough.
Second- power. As you walk your path, you meet other people who share or oppose your goal. You will hire some of them, cooperate with someone, sue someone, etc. In the end, you will form a circle of people. Some of them will owe you. You will owe someone. It doesn't have to be about money. I mean services. Let's say you won't say no to your boss if he asks you to meet someone close to him after work? I think you can't say no, just like your boss won't be able to say no later on something that's outside of your working relationship.
Third- change the world. The concept is too abstract and for each crystallizes its own. For me personally, this means putting part of my idea into the heads of millions, and in such a way that it becomes a daily norm for them. 99.9% will not know who I am, but every day they will enjoy my achievement. In this regard, Alexander Stepanovich Popov , the creator of the radio, is the standard for me . Now all cell towers, wifi points, etc. work on the basis of this principle. What exactly I will change is a question for me. To date, I haven't found it yet.
Many authors online, in books, courses, etc. they will recommend taking a car (a loan for 5 years) / an apartment (a loan for 25 years), getting married, having a couple of children, etc. All this creates extrinsic motivation. If you want to live on 99% of the people on this planet - you will do.
The first problem with this system is that you will always spend minimal effort to achieve results. Let's say conditionally, if you need to earn 50k per month, you will see exactly the options for 50k per month. You simply will not be interested in other opportunities at 75-100-300k. You'd rather play PS4 on weekends, have a drink with friends than improve your score.
SecondWhat happens when extrinsic motivation disappears? Let's say the death of your loved ones in a car accident. I don’t wish this on anyone, but nevertheless, this is one of the possible outcomes in which your external motivation will disappear, but the money will remain. Your world will collapse, after which you will again slide down to the minimum level that you need (best case) or you will cut yourself out of the world (worst case).
There is never a purely internal and purely external system of motivation. Everyone has it mixed to one degree or another. All books, courses, etc. that I have seen describe the experience of a particular person or enterprise. However, each of these narratives begins with the fact that the author clearly declares why the emu needs all this.
I built my personal system based on the following works:
Gittings Things Doneby David Allen
Getting Real by 37 singnals
Time Drive by G. Arkhangel's
Everything else I've seen is just a mix of what I've gleaned from these sources. However, something else may seem more interesting to you than what I have given here.
The most important thing is not to stop, but to move. In motion, even a negative path is a charge/progress. Standing in one place, you get only silence and stagnation.

Take a mortgage and a wife - immediately productivity will increase out of necessity.
Well, or what substances.

There are no systems. There is discipline and its absence.

Productivity and efficiency is becoming an important factor in our oversaturated world, especially for an IT/programmer - which ones are effective:
Rods, batogs, cuffs - the most effective. Unpaid mortgages and bailiffs at the door do a good job too.
And what you listed is so pure, for fun.

  1. set a goal
This technique has an average, but constant increase in productivity.

You don't need to upgrade anything! Just stay where you are right now.
