System components for witcher 3 with ultra settings?

Videos advise 1070, but I don’t understand which model to choose and which manufacturer, here is an example of the most expensive 1070 and the cheapest, if I understand correctly, the difference is only in frequency.

1) The Internet is full of tests of Witcher 3 and other games on ultra settings on a variety of hardware. We set ourselves the bar "I want 60 fps on ultra" and then Google will help.
2) i5 preferably 6600k / 7600k, less will work too, but the power reserve for further games is less. You can use the box version: it comes with a cooler. If you don’t overclock the CPU (but it’s just not necessary for Witcher 3), then a boxed cooler will be enough.
3) The differences between video cards will be mainly in the cooling and power systems. A good card will overclock well, but there won't be much difference. IMHO, it's best to take something in the middle for the price with a little factory overclocking: fewer problems with cooling in case you want to overclock yourself additionally compared to the cheapest ones, and not too far behind the most expensive ones.
