How to make Benq PD3200Q monitor work in QHD?

I bought a sabzhe monitor, native resolution 2560 * 1440.
The computer has Windows 7 and an nVidia GF520 graphics card.
Connected via HDMI - and it offers a maximum of 1920 * 1080 and that's it. Naturally, everything is soapy.
Of course, I installed the drivers from the disk, the monitor is defined correctly.
In the nVidia settings, you can create a "custom resolution", but the result is just a disaster - apparently, there is a double interpolation back and forth and as a result the picture is skewed so that the text is on the verge of unreadability.
I tried to connect via DVI - the monitor does not see the signal at all. Entering the monitor menu, of course, chose the right one.
And! The system now has two Benq PD3200Q monitors - the first via HDMI, the second via DVI. For the second one, the system determines the resolution correctly, but I can't switch to it - when I try to make it the main one, I see a black screen and the message "Signal not detected".
Total: via HDMI only 1920, via DVI a dark screen and at least kill yourself, but there is no DP on the video card.
What the hell and what to do?
UPD
Well, in general, everything was decided in a rather banal way: I had another video card of the 700th series in my stash - with it HDMI saw the light and saw the required resolution. I don’t know what was wrong in the old card (it should support it according to the spec), well, to hell with it.
According to DVI, as I understood from the comments, the matter is most likely in the cable - I have it Single Link. Although strange, did he really have to show 1920? But he showed nothing at all. Again, to hell with it.

Vidyayka does not pull such a resolution.

Is this a second monitor? If so, then the vidyashka will not pull it into qhd. Try turning on with only one monitor.

I had this on one, they changed the divia wire and the norms began to hold 2k ... I would never have thought that it was a banal thing in the cable
