I came up with the idea to implement a project for self-education :)
In general, the essence of the idea lies in the fire-fighting system, as you could already understand :)
The idea is this.
There is a specific server that receives data from sensors. (locally at home, for example)
And the server sends data to a remote server and all this is displayed on the monitoring on the Internet. (Website)
I heard about such a thing as Arduino, is it possible to somehow implement it on it?
And what technologies can help me in such an interesting implementation for me?
And maybe there are people here who can roughly announce the financial cost of all this :) So approximately :) For a student!)

Regarding the fire protection system. There are GOSTs and norms for fire alarms. VNIIPO developed these standards based on statistics and experiments. In a word, it is better to buy a control panel to connect detectors according to the instructions and according to SP 005.13130.2009. And already send the signal from the monitoring station of the control panel to your Arduino if you need it.
