Synchronization of SIP client on laptop and SIP phone?

Hello, dear Khabrovites, The meaning
of my question is as follows: at work on a shift, I often have to call engineers and notify about any event, a letter with an engineer’s duty schedule is generated automatically and falls in the form of a letter to work mail, all engineers have different phones (plus many the attendants are sitting worldwide) and you have to constantly
memorize a few digits of the number, look at the phone, dial there and back with your eyes to the laptop for the next portion of numbers body in which the number is already being dialed.
Please tell me if anyone had a similar experience, the name of the program for the laptop. Where would my ext number, password be driven in. There would be a login and further on described above.

It should rather be implemented on the SIP proxy. For example, a number is dialed from a SIP phone and an action is set on some key - call from another SIP phone, which, accordingly, must be logged in with the same name.
