Symbian and mobile app in HTML/CSS/JS?

Hello!
I want to write an application for Symbian.
There is such a set of knowledge → HTML / CSS / JS - node.js
Found NativeScript for developing mobile applications → but it is for Android or iOS.
I need the same "set", but to create an application for Symbian.
Can you tell me how to create an application? phonegap? cordova?
PS: I write the application for myself . I love Symbian on mobile.

Symbian is dead. Not a single JS framework builds for it

Make yourself a similar framework, that is, develop a native application, embed a browser "engine", execute your HTML & CSS & JS in it, make a bridge (API).

It's better to write in MidletPascal - there will be more sense. On regular handsets - it will be possible to use the application: forum.boolean.name/forumdisplay.php?f=46
