Gentlemen Khabravchane, the radio module from the Microsoft Arc Mouse has broken. I can't find an office that fixes equipment anywhere. They themselves say that they do nothing in Russia. Everything is handled by resellers and sent to them, the resellers themselves do not know (or pretend not to know) who repairs the products of the Soft.
In general, a vicious circle (( Has anyone encountered such a problem? Please tell me a solution.
If someone with knowledge of a soldering iron responds and can solder the USB connector again, I will be extremely grateful (for a reward, of course).

First, a life story. I myself had an Arc Mouse. 7 months after the purchase, covered scroll. I went to the store, they offered to give it to their service, but they said that it would be better to immediately go to the authorized center of MS AS-Service (anyway, they will be taken there from the store service). Applied. They took it. A week later, they issued a conclusion that it could not be repaired. I went to the store with a conclusion and got my money back (as an option, you could take a new mouse). I live in St. Petersburg.
Well, now to the point. If the mouse is under warranty, then it makes sense to contact an authorized MS service in Moscow. If the warranty is over (and, at least for me, it was 3 years), then still contact the service center, but for the money. Addresses ... Strange, I can’t find it right away. When I find it, I will add a comment. Well, or someone who knows will unsubscribe.

if anything, a check is not needed for a return / exchange under the OZPP law.
Return to the store, as Doman wrote above, they will take you where you need to. Or take it to where you need it yourself, it will turn out faster.
