Can keys be linked to a Microsoft account?

I received a set of software keys and their images using the DreamSpark program. It includes: Windows, Visual Studio, Visio and the like. It is no longer possible to download the images again - the program is now closed and I still have them on my hard drive. Keeping sets of keys and the images themselves on your PC is not very convenient. Is it possible to bind these keys to my account, so that it would be like by analogy with Steam: the product is forever attached to me, you can download it whenever you want and you don’t need to enter the keys anymore, just log into your account?

When the program is closed, the keys that went through it are considered invalid, the fact that the software continues to be activated is nothing more than a step of "loyalty" on the part of Microsoft, in fact you cannot use them, and the fact that you use them is a violation of the license agreement, therefore No, you can't save them to your account. While the program was running, the keys were tied to the account.
