Sublime Text 2 always opens files in a new window. How can I make it open a new tab by default?

Sublime Text 2 always opens files in a new window, each time you have to drag each open file into the window where the tabs with the rest of the files are open. When working with the constant opening of new files, this extra action is very annoying. How to fix it?

In the main menu Preferences -> Settings - Default
Find "open_files_in_new_window" and set to false
