Glitches in safe mode?

Hello. After loading the system in safe mode, short-term (2-4 seconds) horizontal glitches (digital interference) appear and then a slight slowdown of the system. There are no problems in standard mode. Macbook pro 13 2017.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

Well, in safe mode, the minimum set of drivers for hardware is used, they are all initialized in other safer modes (oil oil).
