How to transfer Favorites in Safari to another device?

Good time friends,
I ask for help on the issue of transferring tabs and folders from the Safari browser from one macbook to another under different apple id profiles. The bottom line is that for a long time I worked on a working laptop, formed and systematized all the necessary resources on it, arranged it in folders as it was convenient for me. Now I want to reproduce the same "system" at home. I don’t want to manually drive in at all, to be honest. Is there any way to transfer / synchronize?

Try another browser:
1. Install Firefox.
2. When installing, import all bookmarks from Safari to Firefox.
3. Export bookmarks from FF to a file.
4. Import this file into Safari on the new computer.

Added: In Safari, there is an export of bookmarks to a file. Does not work?

As far as I know, only iCloud.
