SU-MIMO WiFi pseudo full-duplex?

If a single client is connected to an access point with SU-MIMO support, will there be pseudo full-duplex in this case over two channels (one for receiving, the other for sending)? Both the access point and the client have three antennas. The access point occupies two channels (600 Mbps) at a frequency of 5 GHz. Where does such a question come from? I found out that manufacturers of powerline adapters with MIMO support (for example, Zyxel PLA5456) claim that their solutions are full-duplex. As far as I know, the approaches there are similar to those in Wi-Fi.

Three antennas - three radio channels. Do whatever you want with them. You can apply redundancy, you can make duplex, you can triple the throughput.
ps
Duplex must be supported on both the client and access point.
