Suitable hardware for a Wi-Fi network?

Good afternoon everyone. Tell me about the railroads. It is necessary to cover two floors of the office (with a total area of 160 sq.m.) with seamless Wi-Fi, the ceiling height is 4 m. In addition, the points must: be dual-band; broadcast a certain range of dhcp addresses, and the router must be able to minimum: vpn, adequate port forwarding, plus the ability to be powered by a second Internet via a usb whistle. It would be desirable to make all on one manufacturer. I have recommended the following models:

  • Mikrotik hEX
  • Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC Long Range
  • Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key

In principle, it’s good, but why is the router a Mikrotik? And why such fashionable hotspots? There is a simpler one, I did not see significant advantages over other points of the same company, but a couple of thousand cheaper. Is it possible to collect everything either on Mikrotik or on Ubiquiti?
Who can offer something useful? I do not want a zoo of glands.

@Kuhnya

They suggested this solution (completely ubiquity): USG + Cloud key + switch (as I understand it, anyone can, not only from ubiquity) + Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC (3 pcs.). We get the type of seamlessness thanks to the cloud key, raised by dhcp and vpn thanks to their bundle of unifi security gate (USG). What do you think?

@Zarom

In the office we have collected on Mikrotik. Mikrotik is pseudo-seamless. Centralized point management.
In the core - RB1100x4 - there is hardware encryption for IPSEC on board.
Dots - 6 pcs. wAP ac dual-band
Your stated requirements are.
