Which router can be configured to receive the signal?

Help solve the problem. The provider gives us the wire that goes to the router. Another router is connected from it (due to the distance) and IP telephony. There are frequent situations when the Internet provider is cut off for various reasons. It needs to be restored quickly. It was decided to distribute the Internet to the first router. Our current router does not support the ability to receive a wifi signal, we are considering another one. Is it possible to do this with minimal manipulation? The Internet is cut down, we switch the mode of the first router, did it work? I explained, of course, collectively, but I really look forward to help in explaining from rummaging people how this can be organized

Explained of course collective farm,

Explained very badly. I did not understand anything, for example. How are you going to distribute the Internet to the first router? By WiFi? Doesn't it have WiFi? Well, buy a router with WDS function. Or with a USB connector and plug in a 3G modem with a connection when the main channel is broken, there is such a thing on the DLink DSR 150N.
