Check your DNS settings. Left DNS servers can be specified, which leads to a bunch of ads with an absolutely clean, patched computer with antivirus installed. Set as DNS server 8,8,8,8 or 8,8,4,4
In very rare cases, a router can be infected, which also redirects DNS requests to the attackers' servers.

Find out if the network is infected - take a clean OS and connect to the wire directly without a router. But in general, the probability of this is about the same as seeing a dinosaur outside your window right now - end devices are still much easier to infect.

collect some traffic from the network with some sniffer in pcap format (maximum 128MB) and send it to virustotal.com .

First, check your browser for malware, run antivirus OS, such as DRWEB Kureit, Kasperych Virus removed tools, and finally all of the above.
