Stripe + Payoneer + EIN account?
Hello, I came across English topics for registering a Stripe account if you are not in the USA.
Core Data:
Type of business - Individual / Sole Proprietorship
Use of EIN
Use of registered US phone number
Use of mail service for US physical address
Bank details - Payoneer virtual account (Global Payment Service)
If I am not a US resident, but register with Stripe as an individual , then obliged to pay tax in the US?
When verifying identity, the address on the passport will be different from the address on the application. This is problem?
Does Stripe support Payoneer virtual account in 2019?
Is the scheme working? Or is it worth looking towards LLC?
The goal is a payment system for an international online store. Country of residence - Russian Federation.

From what I studied on this topic, LLC was mandatory, with taxes it is better to consult a CPA (these are certified accountants in the USA). If you are from the Russian Federation - do not forget about the CFC law.
Stripe can request additional documents at any time - study the forums how people solve these issues

can also accept foreign cards in foreign currency through an individual entrepreneur in the Russian Federation
