Which international payment service is suitable for crowdfunding from Russia?

Good afternoon!
There is a crowdfunding project that is focused on the international market. There is a website and a Russian legal entity. It is necessary to connect to the site a payment service that:
- would allow accepting payments in US dollars or euros,
- would not prohibit crowdfunding or donations of any kind,
- was more or less known and had a white reputation,
- would allow transferring received funds to Paypal or bank account.
- would accept without restrictions cards from the USA/Europe.
Ideally, the function of recurrent payments would also be useful.
Of the services I know, only Assist is suitable for this role.
Paypal in Russia, alas, does not allow accepting donations in any form and for any purpose, including legal entities.
