What is the best way to withdraw dollars from Freelancer.com?

I closed the first order, and now I don’t quite understand how it is more correct to withdraw money from there.
They write that it seems better not to do this through Payoneers / PayPals, but through Skrills in Alpha.
Who has already withdrawn, advise

For regular work - Pioneer is fine. pay for the issue of the card, then two dollars for one withdrawal. and two dollars a month for maintenance. at the same time, they are completely untied from the local banking system.
