How to receive a transfer in dollars from abroad?

I have a hundred bucks hanging in the Hyperwallet service. From the service there was a letter that they need to be withdrawn before March 18, 22.
The service itself allows you to add only a card for transferring to USD. I used to use PayPal, now you can only add a card. I understand that it is now impossible to transfer to a Russian card. And if it were possible, then it should be multicurrency.

Is it possible to withdraw money somehow now or will it burn out? Can a Qiwi or UnionPay card help me accept a transfer if I have time to process them? Does the account have to be multi-currency?
