I am LLC and I have a free online game. I want to introduce some kind of currency there, it will be possible to buy it for real money, win tournaments and get it for quests. Will be used to participate in these tournaments. Users will be able to withdraw this currency in real (let's say at the rate of 1 to 1) or buy in-game goodies. The question is, is such a withdrawal of money legal from the point of view of Russian law (I mean that the user deposited money, made a contribution to the tournament, won it and withdrawn money), what taxes will I have to pay? What payment service is better to use (withdrawal to cards, paypal, webmoney, etc.)?

I came up with the following options:
1. If I buy back the game currency from the user, then the individual, as it were, carries out entrepreneurial activities, which may lead to a criminal or administrative charge for them. The Federal Tax Service will find out the names of individuals when checking my LLC.
2. If I just transfer money to an individual, then I have to pay 13% + deductions to funds for it.

4. If payments are summed up for winnings, then an individual must pay a tax of 35%.
