I have a card in euro, French bank. Online payments are allowed (I regularly buy on aliexpress and just do a lot of things I pay on the Internet).
I ran into a problem on FL.ru that only a CIS bank or WebMoney card is required to pay for services. And all this is a dead end.
It is also impossible to put money into poison or Webmoney because they only accept money from CIS bank cards (Technical support said "What if you launder money, pineapple") It
is also impossible to buy a virtual ruble card because you also need to pay for it with CIS bank cards.
I registered PayPal, but for 3 days they hover with the account verification.
Probably only skrill remained, and then it turns out that in order to pay for something, I need the store / person to also have a skrill account.
Maybe someone can suggest how to solve this problem. How can I replenish the same POISON without any gaudy services changing and other idiocy (I wrote to the aforementioned ones and they told me that confirmation and verification is required that I also do not launder money).
Is there really no way to enter the card details "on white" and in a few minutes the money will fall into my Poison Wallet.

I may be missing something, but Yandex directly says that the account can be replenished from any country in the world .
