How to implement a payment processor on Unitpay?

Hello! Perhaps someone used Unipay. Now I am creating the first payment system. I just can't understand: the documentation says that they access the payment processor sequentially using the GET method. But how do I update the database? I need to get 3 parameters in one request: successful payment, User id, payment amount. I ask those who fumble for it, provide an example of the code of the payment processor.
