Actually, there is a small online store (regional), the site has payment by cards, and often customers who choose to pay by card do not pay for the order, I took the liberty to ask what was wrong, I don’t have a phone at hand, etc., etc.
So the question arose, is it possible to make a payment such as on some portals, enter your card details and the payment goes through without 3D Secure?
I already tried to do it through Stripe, but I keep getting a response, the bank rejected the operation.
