Why is the perfect money payment status not received?

I'm trying to set up accepting payments with PerfectMoney, the payment is successful, but the PM server does not send a status request. According to the code, it definitely works, since it works correctly on one server, but does not work at all on the other.
Earlier there was an attempt to pay with a redirect in .htaccess, and as I understand it, this redirect was cached or something like that, but sending statuses to the site does not work, this is also indicated by site.access.log. Perhaps blocking on the hosting, but I don’t know how to check.
I don't know how to approach this problem. Maybe some advice?
