PayPal: Withdrawing funds from a business account. What options?

Hello!
My business is registered in Vietnam. We work from here to different countries, we accept payments to a PayPal account, which is linked to my company's account in a Vietnamese bank.
There was a need to transfer money to a personal Sberbank card. Since there are quite big difficulties with withdrawing money from the country, I want to know how I can transfer money from a PayPal account directly to a Sberbank card, bypassing Vietnamese banks.
Does it make sense to register another PayPal account for an individual and link a card to it? In this case, will I be able to transfer money directly from my business account to my personal account, and then withdraw money to the card?

Yes, quite, only in this case you need to register an account in Russia and enter the data of a Russian bank account (it can be found in Sberbank Online).
Personally, on my own behalf, I recommend the method described here for withdrawing PayPal to a Payoneer card , I also used to withdraw to Sberbank, and then switched back to Payoneer anyway: too long delays (7 days for Sberbank, unlike 3x for Payoneer).
