Does the buyer have to register with paypal?
The point is. There is a site, the owner is a US citizen, but buyers are mostly from the Russian Federation. I am looking for which payment system will be more convenient. It will obviously be easier for him with paypal, but will it be convenient for buyers? Haven't dealt with paypal and can't find form examples. Is it possible to pay without registration in paypal itself? Can the buyer only drive in a card or will he need to start a paypal profile?
