Stress test for HDD, where can I get it?

Hello!
I've been reinstalling Windows 7 for the third day now, why?
After installing and rebooting, an error appears. 1. no disk found 2. no boot record 3. no OS found
All this happens 1. After installing and rebooting the OS 2. After installing updates and then rebooting 3. After installing any programs and then rebooting. 4. After changing the disk layout, for example, Acronis disk director (changing the disk size or dividing by two) and then rebooting.
At the time of work does not freeze.
Testing Victoriey passed no bad blocks.
I mean maybe in the mechanics of the problem? what about the microchip?
Is there any complex or stress test or just testing to identify errors.
In testing hardware, I’m completely stupid because of this and I don’t have the necessary software base.

I replaced the mother, turned it on and Windows booted up, the old mother can be seen from behind her, and all this happened specifically after some kind of update, I don’t know for sure, the system hung on installing updates and after rebooting, the disks didn’t load in any form, even one disk, two disk, raid 1, raid 0.

Somehow it behaves strangely. Carry out a set of measures:
1. Replace the HDD cable, or at least turn it over and connect it to another port on the motherboard. Replace the HDD power connector - connect with another wire.
2. Remove one memory bar (I do not suggest testing) - the problem remains - insert, remove another.
3. If there is a break after the reboot - turn off the computer completely, and from the outlet too, wait a couple of minutes - try turning it on again.
