It is necessary to transfer a stream to the server from a laptop located behind nat using vlc or other software, the server must accept this stream, overlay the logo and give it as a new stream. Overlaying a logo on a new stream is not difficult to do, the problem is with receiving a stream from a computer that does not have a white ip, what software is best to do this?

The workaround is to raise vpn to the server from the laptop.
