Streaming video from a device behind nat?

Hello, I have the following problem. It is necessary to transfer a stream to the server from a laptop located behind nat using vlc or other software, the server must accept this stream, overlay the logo and give it as a new stream. Overlaying a logo on a new stream is not difficult to do, the problem is with receiving a stream from a computer that does not have a white ip, what software is best to do this?

As an option, you can try to adapt WebRTC, some ready-made solutions for this already exist.

The workaround is to raise vpn to the server from the laptop.
taking into account the specifics (video stream), the best is probably openvpn and necessarily UDP

If the laptop has access to the network, then you can publish via RTMP to a media server that will already process the image.
