connected it through the back panel, there was sound, but the microphone did not work, I decided to surf the Internet, in the end I tried everything, nothing worked, and updated Windows, and drivers, and checked everything in the settings, it’s just that when checking the microphone in the discord, there is a background that jumps, but you can’t hear me, a couple of times everything worked fine, but now again such troubles, brought it to the store where I took it, checked it in the service, everything worked properly, how to fix it?

When you turn on usb, the microphone is not set by default, see in the mixer what devices are by default
