How to set up bluetooth headphones in windows 10?

I recently reinstalled windows 10, there were some problems with the sound in the headphones (Redmi airdots), it happens that the sound is distorted by some kind of wheezing in a split second, and this is only in bluetooth headphones, wired headphones and speakers work well, with a bluetooth phone the headphones work fine. Updated realtek high definition audio drivers - didn't help, set default devices didn't help either.
