If you need to do it quickly and without incident, buy a BLED112 USB dongle.
API from Bluegig allows you to quickly write a connection to a regular BLE device.
You can directly connect both a pair of PCs and mobile sensors.

But it's a little "crooked" and crashes periodically.
There is a stable version for Win, but it is no longer being developed.
