Strange sound (noise) in bluetooth headphones?

Hello.
I bought marshall major 2 bluetooth headphones the other day. When I listen to music through a cable, they work fine. When connected via bluetooth, some strange sound (static noise) appears, and only before the start of playback (during playback I can’t understand whether it exists or not) and after the song for 10 seconds. Apparently, the sound appears when data is transmitted via bluetooth to headphones. If you just connect to the phone, but do not play music, there is no sound. Is there a treatment for this problem or is it a marriage (problems with the wireless module in the headphones?). Tested on three phones and on a macbook - the result is the same.
Also.
Does it make sense to go to the store with them and try to exchange / return the money?
