Arduino + Bluetooth + iOS. How to connect?

Good afternoon.
1) Found that the HC-06 Bluetooth module is not detected by iPhone and iPad iOS devices. All I found is that I need a module with Ble support. These include the HM-10.
The question is. Who worked with this module and would advise you to purchase it for Ardiuno to interact with an iOS device via Bluetooth?
2) The question for Raspberry Pi 3 is also interesting. The board has a built-in Bluetooth module version 4.1.
Will this board have the same problem? And if so, is there any adequate solution?

I worked with HM-10, it works with ios, I didn’t check with android, but it should too.
