There were 2 messages that I allegedly registered on two forums (mdforum and a certain "poker forum"). The login is my nickname used on mail.ru replies. No confirmation of registration is required, you can not "depart" from there. That is, the letters simply confront the fact of registration on these sites.
Moreover, for some reason it started after registering on toster.ru, before this was not the case.

I usually write in support of such forums that I do not agree with their license agreement, that I did not provide the rights to process my personal data (e-mail), and I demand that any of my data be deleted from their database.
Sometimes it helps.
