How to Deny Access to the Website of a Visitor of a Specific Provider?

The site is on mybigcommerce. Need to block a spammer, OVH Hosting provider

Option. Take one of the given provider's IP, go to whois ( http://ipduh.com) , find the whole range and ban it. Wait until they come again and repeat the operation. I don't know of a reliable way to find out which ranges are allocated to a particular provider. Perhaps someone here will share this way.
