Step by step assistant to the site?

Hello. I am looking for a lib that can generate an assistant to the site according to a given algorithm (steps + description).
Requirements:
* unlimited number of questions and steps for which it can show help
* showing at each step an arrow with a description (what the user needs to do)
* preferably in angular
