How to keep track of your topics on the forums?

Problem:
We plan to place our official topics on 18-25 forums
Question:
Is there a service or program that allows you to track activity in these topics from one centralized place, and respond directly from there?
It is clear that a monitoring schedule for all topics will be organized (2-3 times a day), but I would like to respond more quickly.

centralized place I think it's unrealistic to do, since there is hardly an api for forums, and parsing is too difficult...

Various forums have a feature called "Send an email when there is a new post in a thread".
Customize it and follow the themes. Or add the entire list of topics to your bookmarks and check all the topics one by one.
