We are looking for a ready-made solution (or SaaS service) that could be used to compile an assistant on the site. Main functionality:

• Question categories are an extended version of the FAQ.
  
• Self step-by-step diagnostics.
  

Primary requirements:

• Chain usage statistics and reporting.
  
• Adding new algorithms: either your own drafting tool, or importing UML-like diagrams.
  
• Easy integration with other resources.
  
• Import chains from the database or your own database with saving versions.
  
• Preferably Open Source
