SteelSeries Rival 710 mouse speed change not working?

The mouse suddenly stopped changing speed through the official SteelSeries app.
When connected to Windows, it is determined, it is also determined in the software, but there is no reaction to the DPI change button.
DPI seems to be locked at a speed of 3000 and does not want to change through the official software, you can only reduce the multiplier through Windows.

I don’t know where to dig, I took apart the mouse, there are a lot of controllers, not a mouse but a mini computer.
