Start on windows 10 is not working properly. How to fix?

Subject. Last time on Win10 had the same problem. I decided to upgrade from 8.1 to 10 again and it's the same here. I do not know what to do. All links lead to screenshots uploaded to imgur.
The essence of the problem:
Let's say I have C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Battle.net.exe and next to it Battle.net Launcher.exe
I write in start b -- gives this , before the priority was applications and I'd definitely get something from battle.net's applications.
Okay, I'm writing ba -- it gives out this battle.net request in 7/8/8.1.
Well, do not be lazy, I will write completely see it . What to do, I have no idea. Paint, for example, doesn't search at all. Как будто exe вообще искать не хочет. Но например pidgin, что лежит в %appdata% ищет таким образом (написав pidgin в пуск полностью) Может кто знает решение?

is the windows search service running? (it is usually recommended to turn it off when configuring anti-spyware settings for windows 10)
If yes, try to fix the problem with indexing (troubleshooting - "search and indexing") and then check in the indexing options only those locations where it needs to be done.
