If you have not worked with them, then throw a coin.

If it is necessary to host and maintain more than 10 sites - definitely cPanel:
1. Comprehensive documentation (unlike ISP Manager, there are no crutches in the cPanel documentation in the spirit of "for DKIM to work, correct the line in the file generated by the system")
2. Operational and sane technical support (unlike ISP Manager, STP cPanel will not offer you to read an article from coderoad or a similar "authoritative" resource, but it will give really useful advice or fix it yourself)
3. Stability of the licensing policy (unlike ISP Manager - when a new version of WHM is released /cPanel you will not be left with an inoperable old version for nothing, without site management, API, crons, certificates, etc.)
4. Correctly working account transfer tool
5. cPanel is not a Russian development

If you want problems without a specific solution and a strange company policy regarding not bothering to fix problems, then ISPmanager. Either their backup did not really work, then the LE certificates fell off, then the panel simply stops starting. The forum will not help, support at your expense will not help either, only attracting people from the outside if he did not cope. Well, instead of solving problems, you will be offered to buy a new version that has the same problems. Since I have been using DirectAdmin and ISPmanager for many years, I probably won’t even advise the latter to my enemy, although the former also changed the licensing system and became less accessible, but at the same time it didn’t bring any problems for 10 years, installed and plows. Look towards aaPanel
