Good afternoon, a few years ago I had a similar problem and solved it as follows: we analyzed frequent user requests (about 30 thousand) and made a FAQ on typical problems. Does it make sense for you now to write instructions for something that may never come in handy? But if the question has already arisen, then pay attention to the environment, equipment, network, etc.
