SSD shows 1-2MB of memory. What is the problem?

Hello!
I have a Silicon-Power Slim S55 240GB SSD. Served for about 2-3 years. Somehow, at the start of the computer, the system flashed. As a result, the ssd failed. Probably the time of his life has passed. Although some say that this model has served them for 4 years. The computer does not see, OS - Windows 10. I bought a Sata - Usb adapter, connected ssd through it. As a result, the disk finds in "Disk Management", but writes that the memory is 1-2 MB. Maybe there is some chance to reanimate my SSD?

It's normal for any device to break after an hour, or after 30 years.

It is better to connect directly, according to experience with HDD, an external controller complicates everything. Try the latest version of Victoria to poke, there new buns for SSD were delivered

When the ssd runs out of resource, it does not die, but becomes read-only. Files and size should not be lost. The controller firmware may have failed.

Do formatting without cylinders, the difference between SSD and HDD.
