How to turn off the display after n minutes (bat setting) in the domain and without it?

I'm looking for a command to set the display off interval after n minutes / seconds (to request a password for the user).

In the domain administration policy, I have not yet found a setting to turn off the display for all computers in the domain. Is it there or not, please tell me - who knows.

Well, there are still computers without a network in the organization, so for them a batch file would definitely not hurt.

Just set up the screensaver normally.
This can be done through the non-domain registry. After editing the registry, it will start working after a reboot. I won’t tell you the registry keys, but I think they can be googled without problems.
In domain - for certain should be in GPO.
