SpeedFan, Aida 64, who to trust?

SpeedFan and Aida 64 show different temperatures of the PC components, the oversight is quite large, the difference in load is 10 degrees, in a calm state they show the same.

The standard for PC "health" sensors is flawed. Each sensor gives some value, but it must be multiplied by some coefficient and shifted to get a value in human units (temperature in degrees, voltage in volts ...) Here are the coefficients for different sensors are different, "guess for yourself." Different programs guess differently. It is possible that SpeedFan did not guess, and Aida did not guess. You can trust instrumental measurements without a software layer. Those. take a thermocouple to a multimeter or even a pyrometer, and measure. Unfortunately, it will be possible to measure the temperature of the radiator, not the crystal.

Does the bios have data on these temperatures?
If there is, then believe the bios
