Speakers for home

Recommend speakers for home.
the price is about $ 200
Everyone here advises me to take a three-way 2.0 and I basically agree with them, for example microlab solo 3c , but they are very healthy.
What else is nearby, but more compact or are they still the best in their class?
Use 70-80% music 30-20% movies.
I don’t want to buy an external sound box, I work on a laptop.

If you are going to use a laptop with a built-in sound system as a sound source, then I assure you that you will not feel the difference between 2 and 3-way speakers. Moreover, in the speakers, broadband speakers can be used that immediately reproduce the midrange / bass range.
Plus to the people who advise Microlab Solo 6 - I myself had such ones, and before I got carried away with sound-reproducing equipment, I had enough of them.
By the way, there is another option even more economical - to buy an amplifier and passive speakers of Soviet production. For example Radio engineering U 101 and acoustics Radio engineering S-30. The price will be $ 50-100, and in terms of characteristics it is in many ways better than modern "computer" speakers.

Well, you want both large and small at the same time, three-band ones will naturally be large, and given that you want to use the sound built into the laptop, I don’t see much point in a three-band one. I myself use Solo 6C, lower, but otherwise more.
In general, if you listen to music, then only 2.0, if you watch movies, then you can think about a subwoofer, but after using the Solo 6C, I realized that a subwoofer is not needed.

Microlab H-200. A little over $200.
I've been using it for a year and a half - I'm extremely satisfied!
I chose between them and Solo3, just the size influenced the choice.

If the room is small, then you can take TopDevice TDE 215 / 2.1 . I have these in my kitchen (2.5x2.5 m.), The sound quality was pleasantly pleased, I thought it would sound like from a toilet bowl, it turned out to be very worthy, especially considering its cost of $ 50.
Also, this is a good model. A stand-alone amplifier reduces interference.

I have Audyssey Lower East Side Media Speakers
Here is a review in Russian.
There were many different ones - these are the most! The only drawback - powered by 110 volts - I had to buy a Chinese autotransformer.

I have been using Solo 5c for 2.5 years now. 80% movies, 20% music. The flight is normal. Microlab also has solo 6c for sale, they have more power. And besides, 5c and 6c are smaller in size than 3c.
